After Care program is from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day, except for our final day of DECATS.
Payment must be made online prior to the start of DECATS so we can make proper arrangements for mentor supervision. Please make sure you indicate the name of your scholar when completing your payment online, as company credit cards and parents with different last names make tracking payments very difficult. We do not offer daily rates.
If your scholar is not signed up for After Care and is not picked up in our carpool line by 3:20 p.m., you will be charged a rate of $25/day.
Late Pick Up
We will allow a 5-minute grace period between 4:30 and 4:35 p.m. before late fees will apply. Late fees are as follows:
4:35 – 4:45 p.m. = $10.00 per child
4:45 – 5:00 p.m. = $20.00 per child
